Today we finish on making a massive stainless steel catering hot cupboard for a prestigious Indian Restaurant. Everything has been scaled up for this custom fabrication! Huge heated gantry systems with integrated heating lamp compliment a variable lamp regulator. The inside of the cupboard houses individual heating elements on both sides to maintain temperature and each sliding door has soft close fixtures as standard. This piece of kitchen equipment is a work of catering art!
