This is probably our most unique custom designed Hot Cupboard to date. This Hot Cupboard design enables the Chef to load the rear shelves with hot plates to be collected by the waiters as needed. Not only that, a four part Bain-Marie is integrated above with a multi layered heated gantry system to enable a portable and compact package suitable for a high pressure cooking environment.
