Case Study: Hospital Kitchen Air Extraction Canopy

A private hospice in Sheffield approached Anchor Manufacturing LTD to design and fabricate a kitchen air extraction solution. Utilising our bespoke industrial kitchen canopy design, we fabricated and installed a Sheffield stainless steel kitchen canopy. This was later suspended from the kitchen ceiling and incorporated galvanised ducting, air input and air extraction filtration with pre-filters.
